Jav showed me few houses and twice the house I had bought. He is very professional and kind with my requests as well as Chris. Generally, I would say all the staff working in Bradley's are kind and professional. It is noteworthy that Chris help me with the seller to get my house earlier based on the time-schedule I had. Moreover, Chris managed to get me a good mortgage deal and his fees are reasonable comparing the market analysis I done. The only problem I faced with the house and nor Bradley nor Layer could help were the fleas I found when moved in due to the cat they seller had. I asked seller to pay for the pest control but ofcource they decline saying they had not fleas (amazingly they could not see them only me!!!). Anyway, finally I sort it myself by raising my cost as I needed to spray the house with a 3 months old child 3 times. Now everything is fine and my family is happy in our new house. I do not call myself an easy going person and I would say the staff treat me well and help me a lot so a big thank you for tolerating me and help me find what I was looking for.

Their fees are good. I done a market research before assigned mortgage procedure to them.
