Very impressed with the entire service Pam offered. She clearly explained the entire letting process to us as we are first time landlords and was friendly, efficient and professional at all times. She has been excellent at responding promptly to all queries and keeping us in the loop. I was also impressed with the way she showed our tenants around our property and the interest she took in learning the features and benefits of the property and location to "sell" it to our tenants.
