We are reaching the end of our purchase now (we have exchanged, waiting to complete), having started in October 2017, and Amy has been nothing short of fantastic throughout the entire process. We have repeatedly commented on how informative, informed, helpful and sympathetic Amy has been to our needs as buyers, whilst maintaining an admirable level of loyalty to the vendors whom she truly represents.

Although first-time buyers, we have rented for many years and encountered and dealt with a great number of estate agents in 5 different cities. We can honestly say that Amy is the only estate agent we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with (that in and of itself is really something) who we would happily recommend and approach to manage a future sale for us.

We have appreciated Amy's obvious and extensive efforts to keep us informed and up-to-date during every step of the purchasing process and everything going on in the background. On the very rare occasions Amy has been unavailable, she has made certain to have an out-of-office on directing us to a colleague who is equally competent and approachable and we have been able to have the confidence that any messages left will be picked up and dealt with, not merely lost in the ether.

Working with Amy has also renewed our confidence in Ryder & Dutton, with whom we have had significantly less positive dealings in 2 other branches.

We would like to sincerely thank Amy for her professionalism, kindness and efficiency. She has been approachable at all times, able to answer or refer our (many!) questions, patient and knowledgeable - an absolute credit to her branch. This hasn't been an easy sale in some respects and timing has been vital throughout - had Amy been running the entire legal side of the process too I'm certain we'd have been moved in within just a few weeks.
