Only felt fees where high in comparison to Dawson's (the last agency I used) there fees were ‚£150, but except different companies have different cost. Just feel it's quite a lot of money to stump up in one month with deposits and 1 months rent.

Very high for what they did for us in this sale, 3 viewings unaccompanied, lots of chasing and a lot of emotional distress towards our move date. I viewed houses for sale with companies like House Network that charge a flat fee and they are incredibly efficient in terms of contacting buyers, making offers and using technology to reach people quickly. Given that the only place most people look at property is Right Move and given the slow house price inflation in this area I am amazed that Ryder and Dutton can still think that their services can be worth 1.5%.
