We short-listed two agents, and chose Country Properties because their pricing strategy, business acumen and marketing was far superior. The end result was 6 viewings in just 2 weeks, and 3 of these families made sensible offers, one of which was a cash offer. The help from the staff did not stop there, as they recommended an excellent legal firm and briefed them, resulting in a very fast and efficient service. Working with this whole team was both effective and enjoyable.
Comment on agent fees
The fee structure we agreed included an appropriate incentive linked with the degree of success achieved, which worked well for both of us, and resulted in a far better sale price than the other agent suggested.
