Joshua Bland was the lead agent we were working with while looking to buy our new home in Hitchin. He is patient, knowledgeable and not salesy at all. He never put pressure on us to make a decision. But he was always quick to respond over email and on the phone and actually made the purchase process enjoyable - which is something I have never said before about buying a house! We had a number of property purchases fall through, but thanks to Joshua we are now living in our dream home. Rebecca was also available to answer questions and help if Joshua wasn't - she was always helpful and quick to reply. Thank you!
