James and Paul have acted on my behalf on a number of recent property transactions. I was offered excellent strategy around marketing (especially on one property that was a non-standard sale) and exceeded the asking prices on my last two sales. They were also very proactive in monitoring and pushing the sale through to exchange and completion. Highly recommended
