Brilliant service from the whole team! Whole process was fast, pleasant and well organised. Very accomodating of customers requests and flexible. Always ensuring i am happy with the next step. I had contact with various members of the team throughout the process and everyone represents very high level of customer service and professionalism while being caring and approaching customers very personally. Sophie and Jasmine were the ones who looked after me directly and i was thoroughly impressed. I will be recommending the agency for sure!
