This company have been brilliant. 3 weeks from start to completion as a cash buyer. Well done DC Law!!. No issues and no problems. When a law firm undertake conveyancing for you, they cannot predict what the might come up against, so of course there may be extras that you have to pay for, as you would with any law firm. Nobody can accurately quote you with 100% certainty that that will be the final figure, and it's ridiculous to expect them to without knowing what might one up during the conveyancing.

Because of these reviews I became very nervous about using DC Law, but I'm very glad that I decided to use them, and make up my own mind as I have had nothing but professionalism, and efficiency from Wajahat, whom btw even managed to remain calm and professional with my neurotic worrying, and ways.

I rarely write reviews, but because these reviews are bad, I thought I would make the effort to speak up on their behalf as many of the problems seem to be based around issues that are part and parcel of any conveyancing firm, and the conveyancing process. These issues can and do arise with ALL conveyancers, and shouldn't mean bad reviews. How can anyone be bad for charging you for a service that they didn't predict they would have to use during your conveyancing. Makes no sense.

Anyway, thank you DC Law for helping me buy my home. I would not hesitate to use your services again in the future. Your staff are always ready to help and that when nervous about buying really helped make me feel comfortable, and at ease.
