I sold my house within 3 months. I mainly dealt with Dawn and Hannah who were both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
I have used Bradley's before and I would use them again however some part time staff were not as enthusiastic or dedicated as I would of hoped and more senior staff are relied on too much and are over worked.

Happy with fees, I did an all inclusive package which made dealing with a solicitor easier too.
