After 6 months and approximately 35 viewings a tenant was finally found. I do question the sales technique. The tenant had to wait an extra 3 weeks to move in as they were short staffed. One working day before the tenant was due to move in *the agent called to say they only had two keys, which I knew to be incorrect. He then phoned back some time later to say they had located the third key! He didn't even manage to get my name right, calling me Julie, when my name is Janette. Disappointed!
Comment on agent fees
Less expensive than M&B lettings. However, we do question whether you get what you pay for. The apartment has never been empty for more than 6 weeks previously. (We had used M&B for the previous 9 years)
