Bradleys local agents were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Hannah was on hand throughout and Courtney was more than happy to fit an extra viewing in for us to take measurements despite being very busy himself. Both put us at ease and made the experience relaxing as well as straightforward.
Overall the renting process with Bradleys has been smooth, swift and positive.
The only minor blip, that was quickly resolved, came through a communication issue between the head office and local branch, I think this was probably because they are very busy and it did not slow down or detract from the experience.
The head office staff I spoke with were also friendly, polite and went out of their way to help.
Thank you Bradleys, we are now settled into our new home.

Comment on agent fees
Fees seem to fit into industry standards. I do not agree with changing tenants fees so I can not rate this as good or bad.
