From the moment I instructed Bradley's I knew I had made the right decision. The first time I instructed an agent I fell in to the trap of believing the recent media hype of online agents with low commission. I can't stress how much of a difference it makes to instruct a real estate agent over an online agent. The presence that has Bradley's has is outstanding. As soon as I met Iain Christie I felt in safe hands, he explained the terms properly and assured me that he would carry the job through to exchange. This assurance was true. Hannah and Jav took care of most of the viewings, we had over 30 viewings in a month, compare that to 7 in three months with my previous agent! When Bradley's say they have a huge list of investors that rely on them and not Rightmove to find properties they are telling the truth. Hannah and Jav were fantastic at conducting the viewings and arranging them with me, always easy to contact, polite, professional and always complimentary about how I kept the house. We ended up finding the house we wanted to buy before we sold which really put the pressure on, when I told Bradley's we wanted to sell quickly they were brilliant, they really stepped things up a gear for me, contacting all of their investors and getting us an offer within a week. The offer came through Sandie who works specifically with investors, Sandie was amazing. She got everything going and really was a total pleasure to deal with, she really knows her job and is great with people particularly under pressure. One of things I was most concerned with was getting to exchange, once again Bradley's handled everything perfectly, these guys really know what they are doing and are worth every penny. Selling your house is not just about a listing on Rightmove, it's about the work they do involving marketing, the people you deal with and how professional they are and most importantly getting you to completion, they have really earns their fee and I can not recommend them enough. Well done Bradley's A star service!! We are so happy and thank you.
