My parents left a property to sell that was in a good location but needed a lot of work. We were sure it would be hard to obtain a decent price. James and his team (Joshua, Rebecca and Paul) at Country Properties in Hitchin used an intelligent (and perhaps original) marketing strategy that attracted many potential buyers and resulted in offers well over what we had expected. Throughout the process, James helped solve unanticipated problems, gave sound advice and effectively drove the sale through to a rapid and satisfactory completion. I strongly recommend this agency.
