Pam is my main contact but all others who spoke to me in her absence are much appreciated by me in the ready help they give in this office.

Very pleased with the easy focused approach to to matter in hand and accomplishing them to completion without reminders. Very knowledgeable in all matters associated with renting and uptodate wiith the procedures and requirements. When requested going far beyond the duty and very pleasantly done very helpfully.
And professionally. Indeed achieving a higher rent than normal.
