I rented via Parkmans for 18 months and can honestly say I had no issues at all. When I initially contacted them they showed me 2 properties and the one I chose was very reasonable for the area and the process very straightforward. I was allowed to decorate (had to be put back upon vacation) and if I was not available for repairs or inspection I gave permission for them to enter without me there which was very convenient. Any repairs I needed (only one) were dealt with quickly and professionally. I honestly can't fault them and would definitely recommend/use them again!

This is our first stint as tenants in a rented property, so we have no other agents to compare with. However, some issues have left a sour taste. The first is whenever you report a problem, they will give you their work person's mobile number. ...

Avoid!!!! This letting agent is terrible, and I would not recommend anyone to rent with them. They charge you for nearly everything possible. If you miss an inspection they charge 15quid then they charge you 15quid again if you miss the second then they will ...

This is exactly what i went through. £15 for a letter is ridicilous! They don't give you time...they don't give you which part of the day it will be (morning/evening). They don't carry a spare key with them unless you tell them too?? Bizzare! I moved into the house with a broken boiler on a sunday morning so my first days were in the cold! ...
