i was asked by my friend mrs j Ferris who was placed in a home, to sell her house.
i contacted bradleys and Mr Ian Christine came out to see me and give me a valueation of the property.
ian explained the various ways of marketing the property and given the situation surgested selling by auction.
the house has been sold and went £2000 over the bidding price.
i am very happy with Ian and the mannamead branch for the very professional and friendly way in which they conducted themselves.
