Overall we were happy with the service we received from Country Properties. They set out a strategy for selling our house for the best eventual price, and this plan was kept to and did we believe get us a good deal in the end. James was very helpful when we had issues or questions, and did help to get the sale through smoothly eventually, as always there were various unexpected hurdles that came up and these were dealt with effectively.
Comment on agent fees
The fees were higher than other agents we spoke to, but we were able to negotiate a little and we felt they had the best overall strategy for selling our house.
