After 5 years of being rented out this was initially a tricky house to sell. Dawn was able to see the house's potential and had belief in her ability to market it. We were guided through the process skillfully by Dawn who dealt with some tricky issues as they arose. At all stages of the process we were kept in the loop. A successful outcome for a good price. I would mention the whole team but they are too numerous to mention. Ian was a great support at all times. Strongly recommend.
