I am in the process of finalising the purchase of my first home.
Kathy showed me around during the first viewing, she was polite and friendly. She was proactive, very quickly finding out answers to the questions I had about the property. She also replied very promptly to my emails. I then viewed a second time with my family before deciding to make an offer.
After the offer was accepted Bradleys were very accommodating, arranging for further viewings as needed, often at very short notice. It was nice to have some continuity by seeing Kathy at the property on more than one occasion.
