I dealt with Iain and his branch earlier this year in regards to selling my flat .It took a while to get any viewings but once the price was corrected then the viewings began .Initially I felt that the branch could have done more to move the property but I found that they did respond positively to my concerns .I appreciated their willingness to adapt and to listen to me the customer .I felt that Iain ,Kathy ,Hannah and Jav who I dealt with were approachable ,friendly and worked hard .Bradleys' also kept plugging away creating interest in my flat at times when other estate agents may have given up or put my property to the back of their list .They also arranged viewings at appropriate times .Iain appeared to be very knowledgeable regarding the market and the business of selling properties. I do have reservations about the fact that estate agents are tied to specific solicitors and do not always feel that this is beneficial .Overall I would say that I am satisfied with the service that I received from Bradleys .
Comment on agent fees
Fees generally seemed a little on the high side .I would recommend that they come down by around 1000 pounds .Bradleys did however put in a lot of time and effort which could have proven fruitless if the flat had not sold .
