Incredibly accommodating with the 3 viewings on the property I wish to buy. I wasn't rushed when viewing initially and when I needed further viewings for measurements they couldn't be more helpful.
Extremely effective when dealing with my chain when it looked like it was going to collapse, even though they are only the agent I am buying from.
They have managed to arrange for exchange and completion by chasing my evasive buyer and nailing them down, where my own estate agent seemed to accept multiple excuses and delays. Something I wasn't expecting as I had reached the stage of having to re-market my property.
Wish I had chosen them as my sales agent in the beginning.

Good, very willing to amend the standard contract when considering swapping agents so I wouldn't lose out.
