After making a formal complaint over the misrepresentation of a property. I received a very dismissive letter from the Directors. It is clear that Ocean are not interested in providing a service for their customers. However, Ocean Homes are very happy to take your money.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Ocean Homes need a customer services department. Due to the short sightedness of the Directors, Ocean lost the following business: Sale of property, Conveyancing and Mortgage fees.
