First time buyers who had an offer accepted by the vendors with estate agent 1. We started the mortgage application and instructed the solicitors to start the process, which cost us a lot of money. I had several calls from move with us asking we use them as solicitors but decided to use another firm. Sat in a departure lounge 1 hour before flying, I had a call from my estate agent saying unfortunately the vendors, despite agreeing an offer have had a higher offer with another estate agent. He explained that move with us often use several estate agents and claimed they were unsure if we progressed with the solicitors. This was told to my estate agent by Hayley Rodd (from move with us) who never once called or emailed me personally or even called my estate agent who would of confirmed the status.

From limited experience in this area, I'm well aware of the complete lack of morals and ethics involved in this situation. This ruined our holiday and deviated my partner. I have spoke to many estate agents since and all seem very wary of move with us and this site confirms this with a majority of 1 stars and similar bad standards and practice.

I would NEVER ever recommend this company based on my experience and hope that Hayley Rodd and the rest of the company never experience such bad practice as they deliver.
