We are very happy to provide this review for Jav and his agency. From the first time we met we were impressed by the fact that he listened to the specific requirements of suitable accommodation needed for our son coming to Plymouth as student in September 2016 also need this for his first home when he marries in April 2017. We knew little of the property market in Plymouth as we began but he took care to explain matters, gave his advice where asked and showed care and interest in showing us around the selection of properties we had asked to view. When these, for a variety of reasons were not quite what we were seeking and we had returned home to the North Midlands to think which would be best of those we had seen, Jav took it upon himself to do some more research and see if there was something that would be 'exactly right'. He then contacted us again and suggested something that he was fairly certain would meet our needs. This suggestion went against all the guidelines we thought were best as to location, age of property, etc. but was made possible because he had taken on board all we had said and spent time finding a better property match for us.This new option was indeed what we were looking for and so we made an offer, that Ian and the team processed speedily, which has now been accepted to the satisfaction of all concerned.
