Hannah and Kathy were extremely helpful, polite and took the time to find out how they could help us. Where other estate agents tried to pressure us into taking the wrong property they worked with us to find what was right for us.They worked hard to reduce the stress of finding the right home and were quick to find answers to our queries. We are now very happy in our new home thanks to Hannah and Kathy.
Comment on agent fees
Overall the fees were in line with the price of other agents in the area. Unfortunately we had a poor experience with the referencing company who we had to chase multiple times. It took them a week to start referencing from getting our forms - which only happened because we chased them. I do not feel the referencing fees reflected the quality of service we received. This poor experience let down the exceptional service provided by Hannah/Kathy.
