We bought the house through Country Properties (Jan), we've used them for advice and have used to rent out (Pam) our property (and manage it) for the past 4 years. Always prompt in responding by email and phone, always friendly and helpful. CP make you feel like a client and a valued one and not a number which is special, for this reason I would have no interest in looking at another provider. I believe the CPs are franchised and this shows as Pam certainly conducts with the care that it is her own business, hence my previous comment.
Comment on agent fees
Fees are in-line with market, but I do think the service from Country Properties is over and above.
