Fulfords fees were entirely reasonable, and they had to work pretty hard for them in my case - but nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
All the agent needed to have done in this case is admit the errors at an early stage enabling things to be put right without delay,be truthful and commmunitive and be available and contactable by returning calls etc. These factors should be the base of any professional business which is sadly lacking here and the branch obviously needs taking over by someone with basic decency ,drive and focus on customer care and provide value for the thousands of pounds that a sale provides.Attached Filesnbsp;
