Bradleys were quick to put up our property for rent. It did take a while to get people through the door but once we had viewings it was quickly rented out. This is the third time we've used Bradley's tenant find service and we have got tenants in each time fairly quickly.
Comment on agent fees
I think some other agencies in Plymouth offer lower fees, I had a couple of offers to have it put up at a lower price (once they had seen it was on the market). However, I do not have experience with these agencies so couldn't comment on whether their fees are of value.
