Kathy was a superb help, always there if I had any questions, friendly and understanding she really excelled in going the extra mile. She also Made sure I was informed of all aspects of renting a property as it was new to me. Hannah didn't seem to know alot about the two properties we viewed with her, both had garages but she forgot the keys for them and wasnt even sure of the garage location which meant we were unable to view them, when a garage was a key requirement for us. The viewing almost felt rushed. However Hannah did contact us quite swiftly when a viewing became available on a house we wanted to view the same day.
