We have let our property 62 Whittington Street for the last 3 years approx and have been consistently impressed with the professionalism of all of Bradley's Staff. Any problem is immediately flagged up to us and the maintenance undertaken by Bradley's nominated firms is always reasonably priced and speedily undertaken. Having been Landlords in a small way for 47 years, we recognize the scale of quotes as very competitive indeed. The annual reports are extensive and reassuring as to the state of the house. When tenants changed, we inspected and were impressed by the hundreds of photos taken to log the condition of every aspect of the house. After being Do-it-yourself Landlords for decades, we are delighted to let Bradley's Staff do the hard work for what is a very reasonable percentage charge. Well Done to you all!! Susan & Tony Collins
