Really helpful in negotiating exchange and completion dates with the vendor's solicitors.
Initial viewings were prompt and was kept informed of the status of my offer.
Could have had more service when searching for a property, felt that the market was busy and I had to chase new listings and viewings, however once I found the property the liasing Jan did was invaluable.
