From day 1, we were offered a dedicated and professional service. Iain gave us an honest and informed opinion on what our property was worth and advice on what price it would be best marketed. He and his team were very proactive in bringing foward prospective buyers to view the property and in 4 months we got two offers. After we accepted an offer, Iain was instrumental in ensuring that the sale proceeded quickly and efficiently. He acted as the link between us as the sellers and the buyer, chasing solicitors and thus ensuring that both parties were working effectively towards exchanging contracts. We cannot thank Iain and his team enough for their hard work and dedication.
