Exceptionally rude , not helpful, abrupt no people skills , very arrogant to the point of being vitriolic . Certainly not an asset to the company .should b shown her p45 . As a potential new customer we were very dissapointed with are treatment . The lady in question was abt 45 with dark shoulder length hair , glasses and works at the Prenton leasing office. I am a business owner myself and would never have treated potential customers in such a way.any one else experienced this person ???

I ranted for yrs always never did repairs hole in ceiling mold damp rats so I stopped paying rant still nothing called in health and safety they evicted me Molly is a lier as is her big mouth assistant They harrsed me calling ambulances and police telling them I was going to harm myself I was going to sue but unfortunately the cost they broke the law customer service is terrible they just didn't care need to emphasize they should never get away with there behaviour Molly is evil lazy B I don't n ...

Someone, anyone who "works" there could do their job and answer the phone, that would be a great place to start!!

Clive Watkin seem to charge the highest fees of any estate agent that I am aware of. Being as lazy as they are, this makes perfect sense as they cannot possibly do much business.
