Someone, anyone who "works" there could do their job and answer the phone, that would be a great place to start!!
Comments on Agent Fees
Clive Watkin seem to charge the highest fees of any estate agent that I am aware of. Being as lazy as they are, this makes perfect sense as they cannot possibly do much business.
