Excellent service from start to finish, could not be more helpful in finding us our property to rent. All staff where extremely helpful and always kept me up to date at every step of the process.
Would highly recommend Clive Watkin Lettings in Prenton.

I ranted for yrs always never did repairs hole in ceiling mold damp rats so I stopped paying rant still nothing called in health and safety they evicted me Molly is a lier as is her big mouth assistant They harrsed me calling ambulances and police telling them I was going to harm myself I was going to sue but unfortunately the cost they broke the law customer service is terrible they just didn't care need to emphasize they should never get away with there behaviour Molly is evil lazy B I don't n ...

Clive Watkin seem to charge the highest fees of any estate agent that I am aware of. Being as lazy as they are, this makes perfect sense as they cannot possibly do much business.
