i have consulted Bradleys, 55 Mutley Plymouth regularly over a period over past ten years. Kelly has been an amazing lady, in regard to periodic valuations and sales potential. At all times patient, a good listener with sound practical up to date analyses of market conditions, best strategy in respect of wisdom to sell. retain and maintain/ upgrade my various property holdings . . to generate best income and capital gains. As a result she has brought me safely through very difficult economic ups and downs . ..with a first class range of valuable assets. My current plan being to offload one property per year and downsize towards late retirement in a tax efficient manner . . . to achieve the best net benefits after a long lifetime of hard work. I will never use any other Agents in my business progamming.
