All in all, Bradleys have provided an excellent service. They are very knowledgeable about property prices in the area and keep this knowledge up-to-date with ongoing research. This was extremely helpful when deciding on an asking price. In agreeing the asking price, due consideration was given to our priorities, which were for a swift sale. The property sold within a week of being advertised and we achieved the full asking price. The staff are polite and helpful, and all communication has been conducted in a prompt and friendly manner. The range of services available via this company makes it a great one stop shop - we have taken advantage of some of these to assist in our purchase of our new home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bradleys to others.
