Bradleys were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the sale by auction of the property. From the first initial consultation with Stefan where he briefly explained the process and booked Dawn to come and do the valuation.
Dawn was brilliant taking family circumstances into consideration with respects to viewings . Both Stefan and Dawn kept in close contact and relayed buyer feedback quickly.
Overall we would wholeheartedly recommend and use Bradleys in any future sales we undertake.

Comment on agent fees
The fees were excellent especially as we were auctioning the property. We found the fact that if we did not reach the reserve price on auction day that the property would be put up again for no extra cost very reassuring.
