I used agents as they are local and know the market. Disappointed that they let the tenancy expire without advising me that it was on the cards and that I had an empty property for several weeks.
Their customer service is sometimes lacking and calls do not get returned, however when they get their r act together they are ok

This is done to ensure that the tenancy is either renewed or the tenant informs us of their intentions to vacate. Unfortunately in this instance the tenant failed to respond to all communications
regarding this matter.
Once keys were received we undertook an outwards bound inspection and immediately re-marketed the property. We are continually striving to improve our service and level of communication. To further improve this we have recently assigned each Landlord a Portfolio Manager as a direct means of contact. We would however like to thank you again for continuing to market your property with us and hope you find our service much improved in the future.
