we thought 16000 auction fees was high but dawn kept us reassured it was a bargain we are very happy and sourcing similar properties and i would like to thank ian christie who bought the auctionto a conclusion after a sticky situation arose thanks once again dawn and valentines is just around the corner!!!!!!!!
