Money Grabbers!! Will promise anything to get you to sign a contract, but you will never see anything they promise. We arrived to an unclean house without a fully functioning boiler, dryer and light fixtures, none of which we fixed by the end of the 12 month tenancy. Have had to wait over 3 months to have our deposit returned (after excessive costs have been deducted). They take advantage of first-time renting students, would avoid at all costs!

First of all you use the phrase "money grabbers", but please remember that other than the small admin fee we charged you at the very outset of your tenancy we didn't actually charge you any money during your tenancy.
Secondly I need to remind you that by the time you arrived your housemates (Ravi in particular) had already moved in and had been living there for some time. We had had the house cleaned before he arrived but we can't help how he lived in the housee after moving in.
Thirdly you are correct in stating that your boiler did play up while you lived there but we always had an engineer to it within hours when it went down.
Regarding the light fittings they did work and all of the bulbs worked when Ravi moved in, but if the light bulbs go it is the tenants responsibility to replace them, and you were all reminded a number of times that this is the tenants responsibility !
Re the dryer it only broke down when you all over loaded it.
And finally re the amount of time it took to return your deposits we told you at the outset what the process of returning deposits is, we wrote to you all 3 months before you moved out to remind you, and we also wrote to you when the deposits were being returned about what needs to happen in order to return your money to you.
The delay was only because so many students move out on the same day, and we also return money to you as individual students rather than just to the lead tenant to avoid fraud so this adds time to the money transfers.
I'm sorry you don't have great things to say about Tiger Property Partners, but we have and will continue to work with literally thousands of students so when dealing with en masse matters like deposit returns it does take a bit of time. I'd hope that by the sheer fact there are hardly any bad reviews of us out there on the internet you can see that we are a good company, and certainly we're always working hard to make our service better so don't write us off, but when we're managing a student house with 6 guys in it not everything is going to go smoothly all the time.
