Where do I begin they need some new property surveyors apparently my building has nothing wrong with it but it has cracks everywhere walls peeling building has not been painted in 5years it was meant to be painted in the summer had all the quotes through but maracoulously guess what it didn't get done they sent some cowboy out to paint my front door it used to be dark mahogany it's now caramel it was put on so thick it took 8days to dry we do our own weeding they sent two decorators to my house years ago claiming they where professionals little did hobdens know we were all made redundant from the body shop 1 week before couldn't have got more paint on the floor if they tried it took ages to get it off so please take my advise stay well clear of hobdens nothing but Cowboys oh I almost forgot this will cost you £800 a year our flats are a block of 3 so £2400 for all three but it stops here am currently receiving legal advise over these cowboys.
What agent could do to change your mind?
the agent needs to stop making false promises and start for filling there duties they are paid a lot of money for nothing.Attached Filesnbsp;

I have to laugh when they say they bet all of their contractors. They have sent absolute Cowboys out to our property when I asked who they were they said they didn’t know they’ve never used them before. They do not vote the people they send out at all. I’m going to do a full complaint where everyone can see what we’ve been through but I just had to make a comment on that Oct 17, 2017
Having only just seen your comment we are concerned by its' contents. If there are any outstanding issues please contact your Property Manager to discuss the matter. We do take the management of all properties, however small, seriously and certainly do not employ "cowboy" contractors. All contractors are vetted and pre-qualified before we will use them. I can see that the full external decoration of the property was completed in 2015.

SOS represents many disgruntled owners at Marine Court, not one person as you imply. Since Hobdens joined THERE HAVE BEEN NO IMPROVEMENTS WHATSOEVER. In fact, the communication is the worst it's ever been with no responses to resident concerns or enquiries, it's like contacting a brick wall. This managing agent is absolutely unbelievable. We requested details of our service charges of which they’ve put completely illegitimate charges for things that we don’t even have like cleaning and electricity. The electricity gets charged to our own personal meters as leaseholders. I have only just seen your comments as we did not get any notification about your post. I don’t know which property you live at so it is difficult to comment fully but please understand that the final decision on budgets rests with the RMC so it isn’t a case of us allowing the Service Charge to be too low.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
