If you are selling a house through Kings Estate Agents in Harlow and you do not live in the property I advise you to stay clear of them.
A house in my area came up for sale for the asking price of 215,000 I was willing to pay the asking price. I arranged a viewing and put in a solid offer.
The estate agent from Kings Harlow didn't call me for a few days so I sent him a text as i took his mobile number down at the viewing. He called back saying he put an offer in at 185,000 and waiting to hear back he then said see you later Nick which is not my name. I then told him my name and that why have you offered the owner less then what I have offered he pretended the signal dropped for a few seconds then said he's trying to get me a better deal??
The next day I rang them up at there office and was told by another agent that the owner has accepted an offer on the property. I asked how much I was told they can not share that information but it was higher then the asking price.
Long story short I just went online on the land registry paid £3 and found out the new owners details and can you guess the sale price was £185,000 ! I was willing to pay the asking price of 215,000.
So in conclusion if you are selling a property avoid Kings Harlow Estate Agents like the plague.

The worst letting agency , very rude and liars , they don't answer your calls and don't tell the facts , they dont provide any documents you ask them for and keep telling lies , they have this scam rent guarantee insurance company who never pay a penny and they refused to show me evidence of the tenant reference , the most rude and unhelpful agency , they just take this yearly fee and don't do anything after and keep ignoring you, they put a tenant in my house with a bad history and say they ch ...

I am advising everyone please avoid using Kings lettings I was mislead by 2 consultance I was given the opportunity to view a property and decided to talk it I was told to pay £600 upfront for holding fee which was collected from me in cash on the Sunday on Monday I was told I must pass the credit score which I did explain maybe poor they went on and do the check then I was told I didn't pass I can not get my money back disputes speaking to the manager since then every don't want to know I am ...

Efficient and helpful. We needed a property for 4 months, not the standard minimum of 6, and at very short notice. Kings managed to find us somewhere and our move went completely smoothly. No problems with keeping us informed or picking up negotiable matters with the landlord....
