I was given time and day to view the property and the agent didn,t informed neither did courtsey to call me. On calling the office they informed me that the agent will be there. the address given was hard to find also at temperature below 0 i was waiting for 30 minutes.
Pathetic service I will not recoment this agent nor I will use it for any service.

The worst letting agency , very rude and liars , they don't answer your calls and don't tell the facts , they dont provide any documents you ask them for and keep telling lies , they have this scam rent guarantee insurance company who never pay a penny and they refused to show me evidence of the tenant reference , the most rude and unhelpful agency , they just take this yearly fee and don't do anything after and keep ignoring you, they put a tenant in my house with a bad history and say they ch ...

I am advising everyone please avoid using Kings lettings I was mislead by 2 consultance I was given the opportunity to view a property and decided to talk it I was told to pay £600 upfront for holding fee which was collected from me in cash on the Sunday on Monday I was told I must pass the credit score which I did explain maybe poor they went on and do the check then I was told I didn't pass I can not get my money back disputes speaking to the manager since then every don't want to know I am ...

Efficient and helpful. We needed a property for 4 months, not the standard minimum of 6, and at very short notice. Kings managed to find us somewhere and our move went completely smoothly. No problems with keeping us informed or picking up negotiable matters with the landlord....
