Stefan was very well informed as to the property background and details. He was very approachable, friendly and explained the online auction process thoroughly as we were not familiar with it before buying our property.
Comment on agent fees
The fees for the auction process are particularly high but understand this is to cover the usual sellers fees which I believe are offered for free.
