I bought the second house i ever viewed after being shown the property i was greatly interested in by Dawn Durrant. I knew i could see myself living in the address and due to other offers my chance to make an offer was very quick. Dawn was extremely helpful and honest in this matter.
After our offer was accepted i was surprised to find Dawn was always available on the other end of the phone or contactable by email and quickly replied to any question i had (being a first time buyer this was a few).
At times when i found contact between both legal teams slow and unproductive, Dawn was able to step in and help matters along.
I appreciate all the help Dawn gave and found through her efforts buying a house a little stressful during this time of change over.
