Total nightmare. Would never use them again. They hooked me by promising a rental price then when I signed up it miraculously had to be reduced by 25%. Then when I asked for the inventory to be done when the tenants left (which I'm expected to pay for) they refused incase the tenants returned! I'm paying for it and asked them to do it. They've also refused to give me, the landlord back the keys. Anything that the tenants wanted doing, they came straight to me because of how useless portico ...

We are currently fighting the same battle. It has been 2 months since we've moved out and they have FINALLY responded to our many emails + phone calls and us managing to get in touch with our landlady (she said there was no problem and didn't know why they hadn't given the money back). And are now wanting a petty amount for a handyman to replace two lightbulbs. They are so unprofessional and liars! ...
