I am the branch manager here at the Chigwell office, and am based in the office 6 days of the week along with the rest of the staff.
I am unaware of anyone coming into the office chasing their deposit and have checked with the other staff here who have also confirmed that no one has come in chasing a deposit. If you would like to let me know your name and the property its regarding I will happily look into this for you.
