We were delighted to hear that your initial contact with the company was good but disappointed that it was perhaps not up to scratch thereafter. As we take our customer service very seriously we would appreciate some further details so we can look into what happened as we always welcome constructive feedback. You haven't provided a name or an address so it is difficult to investigate your issues, however when a property only achieves 2 viewers in 2 years it strongly suggest the property is overpriced, or unattractive for another reason to potential buyers.

Very much disappointed, bought a property with wrong home report, In home report central heating was in working condition and when the money paid and found its not working. When their employee show me the property she said she is not able to show you as she doesn't know how to operate it and some other nice excuses. Now I and my lawyer calling and emailing them but not getting any reply, They are forcing me to go to the court. I am sure I will win as this is pure scam from them. I wish there a below star rating here, I would give them 0 rating. I will not do any business in future.Attached Filesnbsp;

I am still upset by this awful company. Their practice and conduct was not correct. They told me missives had been concluded and they had not. They should be investigated and I wish I had written to the Law Commissions. I could write at great length about my experience, but I know they will reap what they have sown and I am not alone. Yet they were awarded Estate Agents of the year???? ...
